Changes

  • Rename E4 to E10
  • Stands 69-73 updated (and some renamed)
  • Stands 807-811 moved (may be so minor that it won't need changing)

Stands 807-811 moved (may be so minor that it won't need changing, maybe worth not changing as scnery may be eh

Fixes #5253 - Update Manchester (EGCC) SMR (#5254)

* Lots of changes :)

ammend construction area
re configure stands 69 to 74 ( folder ammended )
added new stands through 811 to 807 ( these not drawn  but there when we need it )
rename E4 to E10

* Add KMZ with changes

* remove accident renamed label

* update EGCC.kmz to include the standchart overlay

* Update EGCC.kmz

- Change Stand 83 Centreline Colour
- Correct Folder Structure and Order
- Correct Stand Order within Folders
- Rename Folder for E Remote Stands

* Update CHANGELOG.md

* Delete EGCC standchart.bmp

Remove unnecessary file (included in .kmz)

* Update Airports/EGCC/SMR/Geo.txt
