Short description of the issue and how to reproduce (is it random / always happens / side conditions ?)

The pets in the plugin "MyPet" will not be able to jump normally due to NCP's Vehicle Envelope when riding on the pet. Some pets will also be unable to be ridden (for example: wither).

1. Tame a pet first
2. Select its skill tree as Ride
3. Right-click on the leash to ride on the pet
4. Some pets cannot be ridden (for example: Wither), and most animals cannot jump.
