Create noslow check Separately

Check player eating use bow and shield.

I would like to this check work separately(not in fly check)

This check work in fly but I don't want use fly check.Fly have falses and I can't use only noslow check.And fix please left hand(if you swap eat it's bypass check).To date you check noslow one of the best because this check not bypassed.Thank you in advance.

Most likely not gonna happen with the speed rework... Too much of a hassle to separate item-use as a standalone check.
I'm more interested in the mentioned bypass though.
