EMMPoisson: mean.theta.new = (sum(sum.two) + (hyper.mean.1-1)) / (sum(sum.one) + 1/hyper.mean.2)
(plus sign in the numerator)

SwitchPosVariance: for ztpoisson, variance expression seems to be different from the one on wiki.
