Remove NIGGA token due to offensive name #376

uniswap.info is displaying a token with the offensive name NIGGA - this is unacceptable and highly offensive to African American people:

Add that to the token blacklist: https://github.com/ianlapham/uniswap-info/blob/2df919d0729d4f9119a9c469dba8952031536d3d/src/constants/index.js#L20
Add corresponding trading pairs to pair blacklist: https://github.com/ianlapham/uniswap-info/blob/2df919d0729d4f9119a9c469dba8952031536d3d/src/constants/index.js#L32
