Can i use it for spreading my mining exe?

Sir...can i download this.for my silent miner...exe file..what is it for? And how it works please tell me

It's a builder for a downloader, spreading wise it won't really matter, except in the case the downloader has less Windows Defender detections than the miner. Since then you could use the downloader to first add the exclusions before the miner gets installed.
