Yes you need to enter whatever port the pool uses, so for some pools it would be :4444 (usually for non-SSL).

like this?

also can I add multiple pools and coins into one miner, and it will mine all of them at once?

Yes exactly like that, you can add multiple yes though you should preferably only add one GPU miner and one CPU miner (for example one ethash and one rx/0).

Also remember that SupportXMR requires a password to be entered (the worker name) since a lot of people miss that.

support xmr only mines the cpu?

SupportXMR is a Monero pool, Monero is a CPU coin so yes. While it's technically possible to mine Monero (RandomX algorithm) with the GPU it is not recommended and neither is it very profitable. For GPU mining you should preferably mine a GPU coin like ETH or ETC on an ETH/ETC pool (like you have in your miner list).

Is mining eth more profitable then btc? or etc

Well you can't mine BTC on a normal computer, you'd need an ASIC for that. ETH is more profitable than ETC but has much higher VRAM requirements (ETH needs 4.7GB, ETC needs 2.9GB), you can compare GPU coin profitability here: https://whattomine.com/coins.
