Bug description

When adding a shortcut, if i edit the file and set a generic icon (for example "stock_volume") it appears correctly on the bar but not in the shortcuts list

The icon resolver we is the same as we use for all icons, so that's why it supports/partially supports system icons if you edit the json files. But this feature has not been implemented or tested for shortcuts. The GUI has no way to set system icons. So I think it's more of a hack that it works. If you want to make that work better, feel free to submit a PR. But I won't be looking into this.
