FIO_CZ Plugin problem with 1.2.9 and 1.2.10

Hello, after upgrade FIO_CZ Plugin from 1.2.8 to 1.2.9 and 1.2.10 not working.

In log is only this:

No payments are imported, but with the old erversion vorking corretly.
