Toggleable mode for organisations

Organisations should have a flag, such as "advanced mode" or something similar, that changes which views are displayed in the index screen.

Simple mode would be the original views, i.e. bar, kitchen, history and statistics. Used in pubs at Uthgård.
Advanced mode would include waiter, delivery and tap.

I think we would only need to hide the links in the index screen, not necessarily do much else (other than possibly a warning in the bar view if the organisation has a beverage menu item active, since these would not be displayed). Meaning users could still access the waiter view by going to ordsys.utn.se/waiter, but I don't see why anyone would.
