Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Add the activity profile to TADA_JoinWQPProfiles. Specifically, we need the ActivityFileURL field from the activity profile to support continuous data (file attachment) downloads. Work on this AFTER the WQX 3.0 release.
