0.36.1 binary release contains incompatible addons

The 0.36.1 binary release does not contain Asset Shelf support, which was first introduced in upstream blender commit 98142f5 on Aug 3 but not as part of the Blender 3.6.2 release branch.

As such it is not part of the UPBGE 0.36.1 release either however the binary release bundles a version of addons that references the missing AssetShelf type in 3.6/scripts/addons/pose_library/gui.py line 33. This results in an error when this class is loaded.

As lordloki said previously, this bug can be mitigated by downloading Blender official 3.6.2 and replace upbge/3.6/scripts/addons/pose_library with the corresponding blender addon.

lordloki also said that he will try to avoid this problem in future releases.

lordloki's comment was on this other similar (but not quite the same) issue on the blender-addons package: UPBGE/blender-addons#7 (comment), so no disappearing messages at least.
