Description
The "join our mailing list" blurb on the homepage should be centered vertically, so there is not that blank space in homepage

Steps to Reproduce

Go to 'ieeebruins.com'
Click on N/A
Scroll down to 'Join our mailing list'
See error

Expected Behavior
Div centered veritcally

Actual Behavior
It's ugly
