Post Processing tools and tutorials

Once we have the outputs working (#129) then we need to talk to the research team and find out:

• How the outputs are being used
• What tools they would like to be available in terms of aggregating data or plotting
• Can raise the Bokeh library and see if they want to do any interactive plots

Based on this I think we will need some tutorials to make sure that they can write any necessary scripts in order to make the plots etc. that they need.
