Rather than having a dataframe with unborn people which need to be filtered out we can introduce people only when they're born
Mother to child transmission informs probability of being born with HIV based on fraction of MtCT
Possibly also modelling for resistance
Introduce children at birth rather than 15 for possible children code in the future
