You can try to set useOwnCredentials=1 in the config.ini file.

There's not enough information to go off of to give you a correct solution.

  • Is TwitchPotPlayer set to check your Twitch account's public data (e.g. Follows)?
    • PotPlayer Preferences > Extensions > Media URL > Twitch > Login... > Fill in your username
  • If you want to use your account's Subscriptions, Prime, and/or Turbo perks, you must fill in the clientID, clientSecret, and oauthToken to allow TwitchPotPlayer to access your account and act on your behalf. And, as 23rd said, useOwnCredentials must be 1 to enable the usage of these credentials.
