Describe the bug
In transactions menu, there is a slot with nothing.

To Reproduce

Open the transactions menu

Expected behavior
In transactions menu, it should only have transactions or grey glass panes (nothing icon).

Server Information (please complete the following information):

Server version : 1.20.2
Plugin Version : ??

I think that I know what is the empty slot. It seems to be completed requests.
