Chinese translation update

Tuxemon has updated a lot of things in recent months, but I'm sorry that the Chinese translation update has stalled for a while, so I'm going to start translating the untranslated content

Updated content that has been translated so far (in no particular order) :

• Part of the story dialogue in Spyder (I translate Xero after completing Spyder, I translate as I play)
• MiniGame
• Settings
• Part of Tuxepedia's interface
• Trainer card
• NuPhone

I will propose a PR on this matter after translating more in a few days

Hello everyone, I am the original DavidLiang1129, due to my negligence, I lost the original account, I am very sorry that it is 2024 now (Happy New Year!). I'm still busy, but I'm translating the Tuxemon manga (I found a new, more suitable font to translate) and it should be done by this month or so.

I don't have any plans for the next Tuxemon manga, so I don't know when I'll create the next one. I still practice drawing Tuxeman, Billie, Rockitten and Dollfin for fun, but I only only turn them into illustrations/manga when I'm happy with my drawings or have a good idea 😺

In the next few weeks, my animation should be finished (I wanted to finish it before the end of the year, but I failed 😃 ). After it's finished, I can give you the subtitle file with the English translation, and you can translate that if you want to (or not, if you don't want to 😃 )

This is taken after I retranslated the first page of the manga, and you can see that it is much closer to the original English Font used for this manga, I used Zcool Happy Font which uses the SIL Open Font License 1.1
