Allow the use of DevTools on electron projects

I think you should add an option to the packager to allow for using the devtools, It would be under the advanced tab and maybe have a warning, but It would be nice to be able to debug our electron projects.

AND dont go on about its just 1 line in the main.js file, you should not have to edit the main js just to debug your project.
