Under Win10X64 administrator privileges, TDosCommand seems unable to work.

Project1.exe is administrator privileges.
Run it multiple times, and you will find that TDOSCOMMAND seems to have been interrupted.

Source is Delphi11.3

In the DLL module here, TDOSCOMMAND does not work at all.
