Better NSFW and spoiler filter settings

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently there are only an NSFW on-off toggle in filters. This extended to Spoilers and having more options would be useful.

NSFW filter options

1. Hide all NSFW content
2. Show NSFW but blur
3. Show NSFW no blur

Spoiler filter options

1. Hide all Spoiler content
2. Show Spoiler but blur
3. Show Spoiler no blur

bug label because spoilers are not filtered at all atm

I also previously thought it would be good to have timer option for these, like show all nsfw/spoilers for next N min, maybe as a long-press option on blurred content
