Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Having an export option that could enable saving our settings (and potentially offline accounts as well [#475]) would be very cool in my opinion.

Describe the solution you'd like

There could be a separate export option in the settings menu that would give two options: Export settings or export settings with offline account. I imagine two buttons:

  • Export data
  • Import data

The first one gives the option to export either settings or offline accounts ("Export private data") separately or together. This could gives one single file or two separate. I imagine one single file:

  • Export settings
  • Export offline (accounts(/profiles)

The other button imports whatever is in the file but gives an option if there are settings as well as offline profiles stored in the same file. To select which to import there could be check marks.

  • Import settings
  • Import offline (accounts(/profiles)

If there are no settings for example in the file the option is either grayed out or check marks simply doesn't appear. Instead a simple boolean message appears: Do you want to Import settings (or alternatively "offline accounts")?
