我们上传附件过程中前端页面报“文档上传失败，请重新上传”，然后“/usr/dochub/logs/dochub.log”日志同时报以下错误，
2020/04/21 22:21:50.960 [E] [Utils.go:153] Error 1406: Data too long for column 'Description' at row 1
经过测试，我们发现是前端填写的“文档简介”过长所致，我们建议前端对输入的字段大小进行限制，以求解决此问题，谢谢！

在编辑文库 协议的单页，复制进去内容栏，点击提交报 Error 1406: Data too long for column 'Content' at row 1,
dochug.log没有报错，my sql 配置： max_allowed_packet = 10M
