No longer can access vendors of a deleted character - should be account bound #576

Normally vendors are account-based, and any character on the account has access to them, even if they are rented from others. However, I deleted the character that I received a vendor contract on, and now I cannot access the vendors as an owner. Help. haha.

When I [props on the vendor it showed owner as null.
