Comparison Tool - Add % difference in VMT map

The scenario comparison tool creates a Total_VMT and a Total_VHT map and shows the differences in VMT/VHT by link. Longer links (e.g I-40 east of NC 210) will show higher differences because the links are long, whereas shorter links will shows smaller differences and might not show up on the map. Would like to see a map that shows the % difference in the VMT and VHT. I think this would be more reflective of what is actually going on and may help identify any issues.
