a small collection of custom inserts

This is more of a mention than an issue, but I didn't find another way to do it.

For a project I have been working that uses MyVD for a part of it, I created a small collection of custom inserts. Since they are more or less generic, they may be of interest to others. You can find sources and a pre-built JAR here: https://gitlab.com/wjcarpenter/wjc-myvd-custom-inserts

Release v1.1.0 (https://gitlab.com/wjcarpenter/wjc-myvd-custom-inserts/-/releases/v1.1.0) includes AttributeCodecInsert to work around issue #82.
