Transdecoder and transl_table=4

Hi!

I'm working in the annotation of a red algae which have "transl_table=4" genetic code. Can Transdecoder use this type of genetic code?
I was looking in the manual but I can't find nothing.

Hi, These are the supported codes: # --genetic_code | -G <string> genetic code (default: universal; see PerlDoc; options: Euplotes, Tetrahymena, Candida, Acetabularia)

I think the Mitochondrial-Protozoan in Transdecoder is same as "4. The Mold, Protozoan, and Coelenterate Mitochondrial Code and the Mycoplasma/Spiroplasma Code (transl_table=4)". @frsepulveda
