Wrong Line Number or Train Number on Trains which Joined or Splitted

Describe the bug

When checking in on a train that is about to be split, has already been split, or is joining another train (Flügelzug), Träwelling often displays the incorrect Line Number and Train Number.

Like on the S4 15422 From Burgdorf to Thun, In Burgdorf the S4 15420 and the S42 6608 is Joined to the S4 15422.
When I want to Checkin to this Train in Bern on the List it's showing me as "S 4", but when I click on it, it's showing as S 42. When I checked in the Checkin also showing S 42 6608 even if its S4 15422.

On DB Nav and HAFAS the Data is correct and the Train is displayed as S 4 15422.

Expected is that Träwelling shows the Right Line and Train Number.

Same happens on other Trains that got joined before some Stations before the Start Station.
Like the RE 4180, which Joined with the RE 4280 and R11 6832, Träwelling shows it as RE 4280 after Checkin in, which is wrong.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to a Station which has Trains that joined before
2. See the right Train Number while selecting the Train
3. See the wrong Train Number while checking in
4. See the wrong Train Number when checked in.

Same happens, on bus checkins, when the bus changes the line number, Träwelling shows it as one line instead of two different lines, which is incorrect.
Like the Bus line 53 changed to 50, Träwelling didn't showed it as one Line but as two different lines which is correct but when the Line 50 changed to 51 and Line 3 changed to 55 Träwelling didn't split the connection so it shown the wrong Line number on the checkins.
