we sent a new certificate template to dev.tradetrust.io/viewer, but it's still rendering the old one

able to share more details or a working repo?

Trade Trust shows our old Renderer instead of the latest one.

This is what we want to render (new):

But this is what is displayed (old):

Thank you.

able to share your renderer repo and your document?

depending on how it's done, my first guesses:

  • your document $template.name field is not updated to the new created template within the renderer repo
  • if the new created template is hosted altogether on another place, then $template.url needs to be updated

Template Name = custom
Template URL = https://renderdev.dimuto.io/

[?] So what did u do with the template.name and template.url?

[+] We created a whole new project but still use same URL and Template name

[?] Did u replace it?

[+] Yes I'm replaced it

[?] Are the new template hosted together in a new place?

[+] The new template are hosted in the old template place. And the old template has been moved to different place (for backup)

ic, say let's take reference from this, if you created a new template, your document's $template.name should no longer be custom but red (dependant on whichever name was given)

will help if u could share you repo code + document 😊

I'm using "custom" as the template name.
Will ask my team to invite you to our repo, please wait, thank you ☺

May we have a call instead to show our document & renderer project?
