bug: QrCode does work on certain camera applications

Description:
Users can scan QR codes to retrieve digital documents. These QR codes will contain a link that redirects users to TradeTrust website and render the document. However, some QR codes do no work. (Refer to how to reproduce the error)

How to reproduce:

Scan QRcode for ebl at:

• https://gallery.openattestation.com/

Using Samsung s8+, QRcode fails to read on default camera application:

• Error seems to be because Uri is not fully read. (Uri appears to stop at https://action.openattestation.com/?q={"type":"DOCUMENT","payload":{"uri":"https )
• Scanning QR code from other QR code generators works with document link

Investigation:

• Upon further investigation, the QR Code generated from the gallery seems to be of error level 'H'

• On other sites(which QR code works), the error level defaults to 'L'
