npm i works with node v14 but not v16. needs to be investigated further

  • npm 6.14.17, node 14.19.3 = ✅
  • npm 8.11.0, node 16.15.1 = ❌
    • package-lock.json, node_modules not generated
    • could stuck at idealTree buildDep when npm i

I can't use npm run start with npm 6.14.17, node 14.19.3 version. Can you help with this issue?
