The eval command does not handle nested constant definitions. For example:
CONSTDEF nestedvalue :: Int ::= 2 ENDDEF CONSTDEF outervalue :: Int ::= nestedvalue ENDDEF
TXS >> eval nestedvalue TXS >> 2 TXS >> eval outervalue TXS >> Undefined function: nestedvalue TXS >> eval 2 - eval - undefined function: nestedvalue
If outervalue is defined as a function, this still fails. If nestedvalue is defined as a function, no problem occurs.
