Workspace constants: Need UI update

What is the expected behaviour?

For works[ace constants screen, need to remove the vertical line after the header text and complete the bottom line for the header, to keep it consistent.

How to reproduce the issue?

1. Go to Workspace constants tab
2. Verify UI for header, the border line seems broken in between.
