Can you elaborate more on what compatibility fixes are?

OPL has a bunch of "Mode" checkboxes that work around various incompatibilities with how discs are emulated / where OPL loads in memory / anti-piracy checks / etc. and games that require a mode checkbox will not work correctly without those checkboxes checked. The above list is a relatively comprehensive list of what mode checkboxes need checked. It's unfortunate that these things aren't like CSVs in GitHub or something though :).
