to access docker mongo db, you can run from deployment folder
docker exec -it mongo bash
mongo

if you query into tiledesk.users collection you can find the default user

Can you please make sure that you're running the last docker version on your laptop?

Nice to meet you also. I went ahead and deleted and pruned all the Volumes, Images, etc, and started from scratch but I'm still getting the error. Yes, I followed the steps from the write-up. My docker version is identical to yours. I've attached a screenshot that shows the version and also shows all 11 containers running

. I believe there is an issue connection to Mongo and that is probably why the db is blank. Hi guys, I pruned everything and started the install from scratch using your readme but I'm still having the same error.

tiledesk-server cannot connect to Mongo. Gives "MongoNetworkError", error message above
When I run "show databases" in the Mongo container I only have the below

show databases
admin 0.000GB
chat21 0.000GB
config 0.000GB
local 0.000GB

Is there any chance when you changed the credentials that you might have forgotten to update them in some of these services?
