Currently, each nation's treasury is listed in red font if it cannot be fully paid out and black font if it can. We should add in brackets the result if a player lands on investor for that nation. So if the nation can afford to pay out, the bracketed number would be the remainder after Investor. If the nation cannot afford to pay out, the bracketed number would be the amount that the nation's owner would have to supply to the investors (also in red).

As a player I haven't had much trouble calculating the remainer, but it's definitely a nice-to-have; Quicker evaluations always helps

Would this go on the rondle popup text, or as a new column under the tax status? Or perhaps both?
