Relative file location seems to have issue

The link created like this does not work.
[The PDF Document](pdf/document.pdf)

So if .md file is at file:///C:/my-md-wiki/README.md, then the link should point to file:///C:/my-md-wiki/pdf/document.pdf, but that is not happening.

I have this problem as well. Also note that this is a duplicate of #73 . The bug is in the addon's link sanitizer logic.

I'm facing the same problem.
On Chrome you can disable "sanitizer", but here on firefox you don't.
