That is a good suggestion, we will add a notification sound soon, but I'm not sure if it will be added in this open-source version. It will be definitely available in our premium version.

Installation steps are the same as Laravel installation, nothing special. But in our premium version, it has an inbuilt easy-to-use installer with Wordpress-like installation steps, which doesn't require compiling, etc.
