Item desync when placing blocks

When placing a block in a location where the modded block can't be placed, but structure void can be, a desync will occur. Easiest way to reproduce this is to place a modded block in yourself.

Idea of workaround: Make item blocks on client something non placable (stick/paper/etc) and just add sound and animation with packets
