Describe the bug
Cannot start OpenBudgeteer based on Quick Start documentation. Due to error message Unable to open database file

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create docker compose file based on Quick Start documentation
  2. Start Stack
  3. Check docker logs

Non-Docker version works fine
