Describe the bug
The creation of Database and User using MYSQL_ROOT_PASSWORD parameter doesn't work any longer

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Follow docker compose documentation
Set MYSQL_ROOT_PASSWORD parameter
Start stack

Expected behavior
DB and DB User are created

Additional helpful details

To be checked for MySQL and MariaDB

Not an issue. Root login was not allowed on local MariadDb Server
