Description of the content report

There are two entries for the Atbash cipher. One covers the implementation for C++ (named Atbash cipher), and the other covers the implementations for Python, JavaScript and Julia (named Atbash). I would like to request to move all of those into Atbash Cipher along with C++, since that name is clearer to those looking at it for the first time.
