For example:

2 H2O → 2H2 + O2

2 NaCl(aq) + 2 H2O → 2 NaOH(aq) + H2 + Cl2

2 NaCl(l) → 2Na + Cl2

Water electrolysis already exists when sparking water with IRON. For general chemical reactions, there is at least one mod here that probably does that, and you will probably find others if you look.

we don't have Na, Cl and NaOH. I don't see a reason to add them, unless they all are somewhat useful
