[Issue]: It is possible to add to an existing attack path with the AND logical operator the same vulnerability which then immediately disappears

Issue Description

It is possible to add the same vulnerability twice to an attack path in the Risks tab (in the AND section), and when it is added, it is immediately removed, which makes a not so nice user experience.

Duplicate Steps

Once the above is selected, the 2nd vulnerability immediately disappears.

Expected Results

Normally it should not be possible to select 2 times the same vulnerability in the AND part of the attack path creation.
