[Issue]: Import dialog should be shown immediately to prevent user from triggering other UI elements

Issue Description

When importing an ISRA, there might be a delay in between clicking "Import Data" and the import dialog showing if the ISRA file is large. This could cause users to inadvertently trigger other UI elements such as the menu, which could potentially cause the SRA tool to crash.

After clicking on 'Import Data', the import dialog should be immediately shown in parallel with the processing of the ISRA to be imported
