The SRA tool can take 20-30 seconds to launch, which could be caused by Microsoft Defender due to its CPU usage going up rapidly upon launch of the tool
Duplicate Steps
On any PC with windows defender, launch task manager to monitor Microsoft Defender's Antimalware Service Executable. Launch the SRA tool and obeserve the CPU usage of that executable service and the time taken for SRA tool to start. CPU usage would spike rapidly before SRA tool starts up successfully in more than 10 seconds later
Expected Results
The launch time should not take more than 10 seconds
