[Feature Suggestion] Option to filter by "updatability" #682

As the title suggests, this would add a filtering option to only display mods that have an available update.

An alternate implementation could be done with another Sorting option, one that would bump mods with updates available to the top of the mod list.

The use case is for someone like me, whose eyes tend to skip over the small icon that indicates a mod can be updated.

Ahhh thank you!!! However, as nice as this is to know now, I still think a button to magically show them would be nice. :3

There probably will not be a dedicated button for an update filter, but some other change such as pinning updatable mods is likely to come in the future. Syntax highlighting in #498 will make the updates search term more discoverable as well.
