(Teracon 2019 playtest)

We discussed quite a bit about the two variants of CTF:

The own flag has to be in its place to be able to score with the opponent's flag
The own flag does not have to be in the base to score

So examples are:

Unreal Tournament 99/2k3/2k4 where the flag has to be in base
Also Q3A CTF where the flag has to be in base (AFAIK)

Dont know currently of any counter examples.
