问题描述：
create_business新建业务接口，业务名称字段输入256位字符新建业务后，页面归档业务时报“字段bk_biz_name超过最大值256"的错误


点击归档报错：

现象：
新增的时候等于256字符且新增成功，归档时却报超过256字符，走的更新实例方法，需要后续排查原因
