[Feature]: Remove Chakra UI

Once all the changes involving Chakra UI are completed, Chakra UI would need to be removed from the app and then uninstalled.

A clear and concise description of what you want to happen. Add any considered drawbacks.

Remove the instance of from _app.tsx and then run npm uninstall chakra-ui.
